Happy Friday, sweet friends!
I wanted to share something with you that I think will be a wonderful resource for your dreaming journey with the Lord: The Devoted Dreamers Podcast with Merrit Onsa. (direct link below)
I recently chatted with Merritt about what it looks like to let God lead our dreams. We talk about keeping the perspective that God unfolds our dreams slowly and how sometimes waiting is part of the process. We also discuss keeping an eye out for little jewels of direction and divine sparks from God to help us uncover our dreams and about how feeling restless in our hearts can lead us to seek God on our dreaming journeys. We chat about dreaming in grace, taking the pressure off, and just making a dent in the dreams we feel like God’s given us.
I had more fun talking to Merritt about one of the things I’m most excited about encouraging women in: dreaming with God!
I hope you’ll grab your headphones, a cup of coffee, a cozy blanket, and curl up and take a listen and be encouraged in your own dreaming journey with the Lord. Merritt’s podcast is so incredibly beautiful and inspiring, and I hope you will check out her many other lovely episodes. ENJOY and let me know what encourages you most in this episode by simply replying to this email.

I had gone to the bookstore for a book of psalms, since He had changed my reading- praying-journaling routine to a reading-psalming routine. (the benedictine way). My walk with Him had become very solitare, since all the motivational speakers seem to leave Him out of their speeches. And those Christian writers i read or listened on youtube professed that hearing from God was egotistical. But i did! Through the journaling. All the time. I had just about given up when i saw your book. And i knew you were the right author to read whem you described feeling torn so mamy ways…without God how could it work? But evem with Him how does it all work…2 jobs to make ends meet, creating a website for special needs adults and their staff, learn serbian and then return to serbia, to write…to be published….all with the collection agency calling. Yet He had taught me so much in these last few years…His strength…His love. Now your book to let me know that i am not alone on this journey. Hi friend in Christ!
