Should I dance professionally? Should I go to college? Should I stop dancing? What should I do with my life? So many times during my dance career, I wished God would drop a note down from heaven or shoot me an email to answer some of those tough questions. None of the choices seemed particularly right or wrong, but I knew they would powerfully impact the direction of my life. I just felt so indecisive. But the truth of the matter is, “The Lord will guide you ALWAYS.” He knows what you need, who He designed you to be, where you need to go, and the purpose for your life. He has a special, unique plan for your life. So when those questions come to your mind and threaten to make your mind and emotions swirl around with anxiety, take it to Him, and let Him guide you to what He wants you to do. He has your BEST interest in mind, and His plan for your life is better than anything you could have planned or imagined. He will satisfy you, He will strengthen you, and you will blossom like a beautiful flower in a well-watered garden. Let God guide you today!
Prayer: “Dear Jesus, help me remember to go to You for guidance in the everyday decisions of life and the big, life-changing decisions. Thank you for your promise to guide, satisfy, and strengthen me. Help me wait and watch to see what doors YOU want me to go through. Thank You for loving me so much and for caring about EVERY detail of my life!”
